Review of 'Italian folktales' on 'Goodreads'

5 stars

This is basically the Italian equivalent of Grimm's Fairy Tales. Italo Calvino set out to create the quintessential collection of Italian folktales and succeeded. Feel free to read it from cover to cover or skip around to your heart's content. These are wonderful stories. Very recommended.
