Review of 'The Effective Executive' on 'Goodreads'

5 stars

I've yet to find any business writer with a more lucid style than Drucker. The EE is a step by step process to make your business operations boring. As Drucker says about well-managed businesses, the "crises have been anticipated" and the exciting things are the "basic decisions that make the future". His two chapters on the elements and process of effective decision-making were phenomenal. Systematic time-management, change and flexibility, contribution and purpose, prioritization and singletasking, and collaboration are some of the main tenets of the book.
