So good at the start and in concept. The ending an almost perfect metaphor for who will suffer to solve or ameliorate the effects of climate change. But so much unnecessary text, so many hardly useful characters. Yet another potentially great book let down by publishings recent apparent fear of editing the work of established “rock star” authors for LENGTH.
