A fairly straightforward queer fantasy novel following a group as they venture into an unknown and weird location in search of answers to their troubling times.
The relationship between the two main characters was sweet and well-paced. Reading the book often felt like I was next to a campfire. Very hushed and warm.
The ending was slightly anti-climactic, I felt.
