Review of 'Shadows Return' on 'Goodreads'

5 stars

This series so far has been pretty darn brutal, but a number of lines were crossed here that I find abhorrent. Not a book I'll read again - and yet, one of the better books I've read in a while. Very little of it enjoyable, almost none of it comfortable.

But worth it.
