Had a little bit of a hard time wrapping my head around all the alternate universe characters, but Gwen makes for a really interesting take on the character.
So I haven't actually read an other Marvel stuff and I enjoyed this with only the most basic knowledge of the universe. From reading other reviews, it probably helps not being a huge Spidey fan! Gorgeous artwork and Spider-Pig made me laugh.
Spider Gwen is everything I've been hoping for in a female super-hero comic. Must read!
