Review of 'What My Bones Know' on 'Goodreads'

I knew going into this one it might not work out for me because memoir is not my thing. I’ve decided to go ahead and call it quits rather than push through.

Foo has been through horrific stuff, but I have trouble engaging with this kind of contemporary, real life story (in nonfiction OR fiction form). I’m glad to have tried it because it’s always good to test that my sense of my taste is accurate.
