Full of advice. Bit of a sales pitch
Nomad Capitalist is a decent read, and has it fair share of advice. There a couple of things that prevent me from giving it 5 stars.
There is a dating section and references through the early part of the book that are just cringe worthy.
There is definitely a “use our service” vibe in the very last chapter of the book.
The book is also fairly light on numbers. Talking about properties he’s bought, but not how much rental yield has been made from them.
All up, it’s got enough substance to justify the cost, but it’s a good book that could be a great book.
